Red Apron Estate Sales does its best to describe all items presented for sale thoroughly but you, as the buyer, must be the ultimate judge of the items value and authenticity. Use not only the pictures and description provided here but use your own knowledge and research before purchasing.
If at any time there is an error and a picture and description does not match on a lot, the description will be the ultimate identifier of the lot for sale.
Bidder waives the right for any credit card charge backs for an item and accepts that there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.
A 5% buyers premium is associated with this auction.
We are not able to hold merchandise past the pick up date. Any items left will be forfeited and will NOT be refunded. We do not have storage space so if you cannot pick up on the designated date please do not bid.
Please pay your invoice in a timely manner. Non payment of an invoice will get you banned from future sales.
Please respect my client(s) and their property at all time. Disrespect will get you banned from future auctions and sales.
All bidders must must be at least 18 years of age and complete an online registration in order to bid in this auction. Once a bid is placed you are bound to this agreement and if you win the items you will be expected to complete all the payment steps as stated in the T&C of the auction and follow all guidelines included on the site.
You must bring your own help to move large items as we do not provide movers. Please be sure to bring enough people, packing materials and equipment needed to safely move your items without damage to the clients property.
Red Apron Estate Sales is NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the pick up of items that are purchased. The winning bidder is solely responsible for the safe removal and transport of the purchased item without damage to surrounding buildings, vehicles or property.
All invoices must be paid in full at the time of pick up. You may pay via PayPal (AFischer282), cash, or charge your debit/credit card through the Square. If you will be charging through the Square, you must bring your card with you to the pick up.
Orders over $500 require photo ID at pick up to ensure credit card payment matches the buyer.
It is at our discretion that items may be added or removed from this auction at any time.
Red Apron Estate Sales reserves the right to extend, cancel, retract, reschedule, or ban any item in this event or to change the closing time if needed.
Red Apron Estate Sales is not responsible for any connection server or other technology difficulties that may affect your ability to bid. While we expect no difficulties, we cannot control the online world.
