This event will be a TIMED Online Only Auction. First lots begin to close at 6 Wednesday 06-26-24 and will continue to close every 10 seconds until every item has been sold.
Preview Date/Time Bidding is open now. If you would like to schedule a time to come and inspect the bags yourself please reach out and we will finda time that works. I am also able to provide additional photos or information about each bag when asked.
Checkout Date/Time Invoices will be processed immediately following the close of the last lot. All cards on file will be charge the full invoice balance plus BP & sales tax. If you are tax exempt please email a copy of your resale certificate prior to the start of the auction. If you need shipping that will be calculated and charged separately.

Be the high bidder! Online Only Timed Auction - Lots Begin to Close Wednesday 06-26-24 at 6pm Staggered closing. The first lot will begin to close at 6pm on Wednesday evening. Every 10 seconds another lot will close. SHIPPING AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE 15% BUYERS PREMIUM Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. However you can fit alot of bags in a box! The more you buy; the cheaper shipping will be relative to each item. Pick-Ups will be the following Friday/Saturday following the sale. From 10am-2pm. 1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate.
It is highly recommended that you place your maximum bid. This is the most you are willing to bid on an item. The system will bid for you only if outbid and only the next required increment.

Payment Terms
All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged. Any invoices with outstanding balances are required to be settled in full. Please contact us if you believe there may be any delay in your payment processing.
Shipping is Available on Most Lots. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder including packing materials.There will be a $10 handling fee added to each order that requires shipping. Items will then be packed and measured to obtain the lowest possible shipping quote. Once approved, we will charge the card on file for the actual freight cost plus any packaging materials used. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships. Please contact us at darrien@eouseauctioneering.com to request shipping or simply reply to your emailed invoice. All orders will begin being packed over the weekend. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as it is assigned to your shipment. Pick-ups will be available 9am-2pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday following the auction. Please bring your own packing supplies and help to load your cars, trucks, or trailers.
