Description	Dwayne Sandt Estate Collection # 7 auction will feature his furniture, outside building contents including his tractors, hit & miss engines, antique farm machinery, tools and collectibles, along with pickers rights to remaining inventory inside his out buildings. All items will be picked up at his acreage. This will be the final auction of the personal property of Dwayne's large collection of items. We thank the family and you the buyers for making this transition of ownership of quality collectibles smooth and hope you continue to enjoy them for years to come.

Terms and Conditions

Cash, checks, or credit cards, 4% fee on credit cards. Everything must be picked up at the schedule pick up times. Pickers rights will have 1 week to remove the contents of the designated building. Nothing removed until settled for. Buyers responsible for bringing their own labor, equipment, and tools for removal. Not resposible for accidents or lost merchandise. Skid loader will be available during the scheduled pick up time. Shipping available on most items within reason. buyers responsible for shipping and freight insurance. Everything sold as is where is. Auction Co. and Estate makes no guarentee on condition. All items have been stored for several years prior and selling as such.
