Participating in an auction implies a legal contract between buyer and seller, it is important that all users be eligible to enter into a legal contract.
Before Auction
All bidders should read the following terms before placing bids. Bidders who participated in our auctions means comply with all our terms and conditions.
All bids associated a legal contract. Questions are always welcome. Please ask prior or during the live auctions. No cancelation will be accepted after the bids are settled.
Quality Guarantee
All our items are from consignors and have been examined by different third-party experts that comes with certificate of authenticity. We never sell re-prints or copies.
Poster 24 x 36’ are not first edition unless it’s stated in the description. They are professional laboratory poster semi-gloss/gloss paper and get signed with actual real ink. We never sell re-prints autographs. We use stock photos as images.
After Auction
Our team will prepare your invoice in 3-4 working days after the auction ends. An official invoice will send to your mailbox. The mail includes: bidders details, lot price, buyer premium fee, tax fee, shipping fee, insurance fee.
Payment Gateways
We accept all types of credit cards (Visa/Master/American Express) powered by PayPal.
Shipment
Once payment is received, we will ship out the items within 6-8 working days. We do not accept pick-up.
We ship orders by UPS/USPS express. Buyers are responsible in all shipping cost.
Shipment will be shipped from our team or directly from our consignor who located in different places.
Buyers are welcome to request a standard regular mail but without any protection. If parcel is lost/damage during the shipment, there will be no refund or compensation. Return will not be accepted.
Return/Exchange
Buyers can request a return or exchange within the grace period: within 7 days after the delivery. Order that exceeds this grace period will not be entitled for a refund.
