Payment Instructions: Credit Card payment through HiBid invoice to expidite pickup. No fees are added for this option.
There will be no refund under any circumstances. Payment is due by July 2nd by 4 pm. Pickup begins Tuesday July 2, 2024 at 9 AM once payment is completed. If an alternative pickup time is needed, please contact Tiffany to verify approval. This will not extend the payment terms. In the event of inclement weather that prevents removal, we will post to the auction page if any changes occur to the pickup date or times. Items in this auction are sold subject to a buyer's premium of 10%, which will be added to the winning bid (This caps at $150). The auction uses maximum bidding. This is a Rental Closeout Sale, as such, your name and purchase price may be used in preparation for and closing of the business. The business agrees it will not release your name or otherwise publicize your information unless required to do so by law.
By bidding on an auction item, you understand the potential danger that may incur in retrieving, transporting, removing or otherwise accepting into your own possession said auction item from the described land. Understanding the risk, you hereby release the auction parties, J & M Market LLC, its personal representative, its employees, volunteers, or anyone else directly or indirectly connected with the auction from any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage of any nature to you or anyone else caused by or incidental to be bidding on an auction item. You further agree to hold harmless and indemnify and release J & M Market LLC, its representative(s), its employees, volunteers, or anyone else directly or indirectly, that you may seek assistance from in retrieving, transporting, removing or otherwise accepting into your possession said auction item.
