Description
Original Vintage ROCK, BLUES, MOTOWN, JAZZ, COUNTRY, POP, DISCO and other records mainly from the 70s and 80s. These albums have been checked and are functional. Many of these albums have been in controlled storage for 20+ years. Some may have small surface scratches but they do not affect the playing of the record. Covers may be worn, seperated or have other damage from storage. Major damage will be noted in the description. Shipping is available.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cameron Auction House will attempt to describe each item accurately to the best of our ability. Item descriptions should not be the sole determining factor when purchacing an item. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE SALE OR REJECT A BID AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO THE CLOSING OF THE LOT. All items must be picked up during the alloted time listed in the sale. Full address with be sent with the invoice for all winning bidders. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the Hammer price for each item sold. Businesses wishing to use a Tax Number must email a copy of their tax form to GeneralMercantileAntiques@Gmail.com prior to the start of the auction and receive a comformation email from Cameron Auction House. Otherwise all applicable taxes will be added. At least One Email, One Text and One Phone call / message will be attempted to let you know if you won an item. We use the Name, Email, Address and Phone Number you provide when registering for this auction. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE. If there is no response to our attempts to reach you within 2 weeks any items won will be considered abandoned and no refund given. Pickup will be between 11am - 4pm Wednesday July 10th & Saturday July 12th. Items not picked up during the listed time or during a mutually agreed time may be forfited with no refund. Any items unclaimed after 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of Cameron Auction House with no refunds given. Be sure you can pick up during the scheduled time before you bid. If you need to make other arrangements for pickup call 210-685-4323 before bidding. BRING OWN PACKING MATERIALS / BOXES and help for moving large or heavy items and we are unable supply packing or help with moving items. Shipping is available. We charge only USPS Prices, we do not charge additional postage. HOWEVER there will be a $5 HANDLING FEE ADDED TO EACH package to cover packing materals, time and transport. SHIPPING FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM CLOSE OF AUCTION. If shipping cost is not paid for within 3 days from the date of our notification to you, (mail, text or phone attempts) we may consider the item(s) abandoned and will dispose of at our discretion with no refund of purchase price. Understand Shipping and postage can be expensive. Bidding and winning is a legal contract and any items won will be expected to be paid for regardless if you feel shipping cost is too expensive. Remember for the majority of our items we only charge $5-10 box on top of Actual Postage. This S&H fee is to cover packing materials, labels and time. Payment for items won will be collected by AuctioFlex after close of the Auction. A seperate invoice will be sent for the cost of shipping if requested. Items will not be shipped until payment for shipping is received. Failure to pay for shipping within 3 days after invoice sent will be considered abandoned and no refunds given. We will package your items to withstand normal postal handling but cannot be responsible for damage to any items shipped. Insurance is not provided by Cameron Auction House. If you require insurance let us know prior to paying for your shipping so that we can add the additional cost to your shipping invoice. We do not ship by any other method. We offer this shipping as a convience to our buyers. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen this auction in the case of system failures to ensure that our consignors and buyers have the best chance to sell and buy the items listed.
