All sales are final. There will be Cash, Check, Credit Card (4% Surcharge) and Pal Pay available for payment. As always there will be NO help for loading at pick up. All items are sold as is, there is no refunds or returns. Any guarantees will be made between the buy and seller. We will list any defects or damage as best we can, there are no guarantees. All items must be paid in full on or before being picked up. Also, all items must be picked up on the designated dates and times. You are responsible for bringing help to load your stuff, as none will be provided. No Exceptions. If not picked up on designated dates and times, we reserve the right to charge you or resell the item. Credit cards are subject to internet availability. ALL Guns will be taken to Chadron Ace Hardware for pickup. You will need to have a Nebraska Firearms Permit or concealed carry permit to purchase. All buyers will pay for the Transfer Fee at Ace in the amount of $30.00. GUNS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR DAY OF PICKUP!
