This is an Internet Only Auction. Shipping is available across Canada and the United States after the auction has closed and the payment has been made.
During the registration process, we gather personal information to authenticate your identity prior to placing bids. Additionally, we require credit card information to confirm your eligibility as a buyer. It is imperative that all bidders meet the legal age requirement to bid and purchase.
We retain the right to add, remove, or revise lots/items at any time throughout the auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to remain vigilant and informed.
We retain the right to pause, cancel or change the date of an auction at any time.
In case of any discrepancy between the information in our listing and the certificate, the certificate will be considered the final authority.
In the event that the certificate uploaded for a diamond is found to be inaccurate or wrong, the buyer will get a replacement diamond with equal or better specifications at no additional cost to the buyer.

While we strive to accurately represent the product, variations in color, texture, or minor details may occur due to the nature of the item, manufacturing processes, or differences in lighting and display settings.
It is recommended that you carefully review the item description and any additional specifications provided for a more accurate representation of the product. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have before bidding. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the product may differ slightly from the image shown.
Our auctions use a Soft Close feature that prolongs the bidding period in the event that a bid is submitted within the final minutes.
Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be removed.
Following the conclusion of the auction, an invoice will be issued to you within 24 hours. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on your location. Once the invoice has been settled, we will proceed with arranging your shipment. The current processing time ranges from 5 to 10 business days.
Payment for all items won must be completed within two business days following the auction's conclusion. Noncompliance with this policy may lead to your account being reported to Hibid and banned from participating in any future auctions.
A 3% surcharge fee will be applied to all payments made with credit cards or Paypal.
Canadian sales tax will apply for our Canadian bidders, according to their location.
Winning bidders will get their invoice by email. By enrolling in our auctions, you consent to receiving emails from us.
