Payment is due no later than 72-hours after the conclusion of the auction. THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 10AM EST. THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 15 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 2-MINUTES THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 2-MINUTES. Payment: -All payments will be required to be paid for in full before removal. Payments can be made with cash/check/wire transfer. -There will be a $20 vehicle title transfer fee charged to the winning bidder of the RV. -No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods. -Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. The winning bidder will be able to schedule a pick up day to remove the equipment they've purchased. Item Removal: *In the case of a tie bid the max bidder or first one to place the bid will be the winner. *Buyer is responsible for picking up their purchased items on the scheduled auction pick up day. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. +Auction Preview Will Be By Appointment Only. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 5% with a cap of $1,500. *Farmers & Dealers please provide us your sales tax exempt forms prior to picking up your items. *SALES TAX NOTICE: Exempt Bidders MUST make Auction Company aware of their Tax Exempt status & submit a copy of their valid Indiana sales tax certificate BEFORE the auction starts or fill out the farmer exempt state sales tax ST-105 form with us. *Sales Tax will be charged if you are not a sales tax exempt bidder due to there being multiple consignors. * Cashier Check , Wire Transfer or Good Personal Checks are accepted. *All items must be removed by the buyer. *Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate Inc. reserves the right to refuse any on-line or in person bids. *RESERVES - In compliance with Indiana State Law, ALL items are listed are subject to reserve unless stated otherwise. *A working phone number MUST be provided.
