By bidding in this sale, you agree to all Terms & Conditions: Conditions of all sales are “as-is, where is” and without warranty expressed or implied and all are final sales. We attempt to describe all items accurately to the best of our ability, but are not warranted. It is the bidders/buyer’s responsibility to determine value/condition/usefulness of the items. We reserve the right to remove/add items/lots at any point before or during the auction. All items are assumed without reserve, unless otherwise listed. Any items with a reserve, will be listed as with reserve. This will be a soft, staggered close auction with 1 minute extensions if a bid is placed within the last minute. A credit card is required for registration. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All bidders/buyers agree to a 15% buyer’s premium and all sales are subject to sales tax. All items must be picked up on the designated day/times listed in the sale. Photo ID is required for pick up and the name must match the bidders name. Buyers are responsible for picking up all items purchased and bringing the help needed to obtain items. There will NOT be help available to load items. All items not picked up during the allotted time, unless arrangements are agreed upon with auction house prior to day of pick up, are deemed abandoned and are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to re-sell all abandoned items/lots. Items left can be subject to $100 charge. Shipping is available on certain items/lots, all items shipped are at the buyer’s expense and must be paid for before items will be shipped. Any shipping not paid for, will be deemed as item's abandonment and not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to re-sell all abandoned items. All bids placed are an agreement to pay that price for the items bid on and cannot be retracted. We reserve the right to charge credit cards on file at the close of all sales. This includes, but is not limited to, price of items/lots, buyer’s premium, sales tax and shipping (for eligible/requested items/lots). All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. The name of the registered bidder must match the name on the credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids for anyone behaving in a threatening or offensive manner or of anyone with malicious intent. In the unlikely event of any dispute, the bidder/buyer agrees to take the decision of the auction house. You agree to hold harmless and otherwise indemnify Auction Avenue Estate Sales against any and all claims, damages or liability brought by or on behalf of any person or in regards to property (including reasonable attorney’s fees) whether same arises out of or is alleged to be caused by or the result of acts or omissions of Auction Avenue Estate Sales or its employees or agents. This provision is intended to apply to any damages, injury or other harm suffered by any person or items, stemming from the execution of all sales.
