Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No credit card surcharge will be applied. Buyer's premium: There is a 10% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding. Preview Date & Time: There is no preview of items for this auction. Pick up of items: Local pick up is available Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.. CDT. Payment is required prior to pick up or shipping. Any items remaining in our warehouse after July 2, 2024 will become property of Menke Auction and Realty. Shipping of items: Shipping is not available for this auction.
