This is the Online Only Auction containing the Personal Property of Mr. Jack Clayborn. This auction features a large selection of items including a utility trailer, John Deere mower, ammunition, tools, baseball cards, fishing poles, household items, antiques, collectibles, home decor, appliances, furniture, kitchenware, & so much more!!
There will be a 10% buyers premium added to each final bid to establish the total sale price of each lot. Bidding begins to close June 27th at 10am - We will utilize a stagger & soft close method of closing this auction, meaning the auction will begin closing at 10am. A lot will close every 20 seconds starting with lot 1 and ending with the last lot. If a bid is placed on any lot in the last minute before it closes, the bidding window will be extended for another minute. Shipping is NOT available on any lots. Payment is due and pickup will be Friday, June 28th from 9am to 5pm at 154 Church Ave, Watertown, TN 37184. If you purchase any small items, glassware, delicate collectibles, etc. please be prepared to bring the required supplies (boxes, bubblewrap, newspaper, etc.) to ensure satisfactory and safe packaging. If you purchase any large items that require equipment or extra help to lift, please come prepared for that as well. We accept cash, card, or check. Paying with a card will add an additional 3.5% fee to your total. Possession will transfer on the pick up day when payment is received in full. Heartland Real Estate & Auction and the seller furnish all auction items to buyers in "AS IS" condition: unsupported and without warranty of any kind. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining the condition of each item. All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. No baseball cards have been graded. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are a matter of opinion. Information contained herein is believed to be correct but not guaranteed. When bidding closes, each sale is final with no contingencies of any kind. Successful bidders are required to pay for any lots they won regardless of any extenuating circumstances that may arise. Refunds or returns are not offered.
