To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made within 2 minutes of the lot closing will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. The winning bid in an auction will be the highest bid that exceeds any reserve (if a reserve exists). In the case of equal bids, the earliest bid received will be the winning bid. If a higher bid is subsequently withdrawn or removed then Auction Warehouse Inc. shall have the right to accept the next highest bid. Catalogue Errors & Omissions If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. We do our best to describe products, however, the Purchaser agrees and accepts that all product is sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Open Box Items are checked to the best of our abilities, they may be lightly used, small imperfections, etc...It is listed as Open Box for a reason, please bid accordingly, the other bidders are...which is why they are less expensive. Items advertised specifically as "As Is" will not be returnable. Auction Warehouse Inc. may approve returns if an item has been listed and described incorrectly. Any Purchaser who is approved to return an item will be provided with a credit towards a future purchase equal to the amount paid for said purchase.
