The winning bid in an auction will be the highest bid that exceeds any reserve (if a reserve exists). In the case of equal bids, the earliest bid received will be the winning bid. Catalogue Errors & Omissions If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Open Box Items are checked to the best of our abilities, they may be lightly used, small imperfections, etc...It is listed as Open Box for a reason, please bid accordingly, the other bidders are...which is why they are less expensive. Any Purchaser who is approved to return an item will be provided with a credit towards a future purchase equal to the amount paid for said purchase.
