Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card. Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all titled vehicles and trailers. Should equipment be needed to remove your purchases, the operator of the equipment must provide a $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance naming Norman J. Gallivan, Inc. and Machine Tool, Inc. prior to operating on site. Electric disconnects can be taken to the first junction box. Electrical disconnections require a Certificate of Insurance.
