At the end of 2 days, if the purchaser has not contacted the auction company regarding payment, unpaid items will be transferred to storage at the buyer's expense. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Auction items are open to thorough public inspection on viewing dates. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. It is the bidders responsibility to make any inquiries prior to bidding. Frontier Petroliana Sales will attempt to describe the merchandise to the best of their knowledge but makes no representations. In no event shall Frontier Petroliana Sales be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or auction viewing understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Frontier Petroliana Sales will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the item. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Frontier Petroliana Sales is providing Internet pre-auction and live internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Frontier Petroliana Sales or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Frontier Petroliana Sales will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Frontier Petroliiana Sales reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. No item will be released by Frontier Petroliana Sales unless paid for in full by the approved methods. Purchasers picking up items must be able to present proper identification. Items not picked up by the approved pick up dates will be put into storage for a maximum of 30 days. Buyer is responsible for any storage expenses. After 30 days the item will be considered abandoned and become property of Frontier Petroliana Sales. The item will resold at a later date and the proceeds shall be returned to the original purchaser minus any selling commissions or other expenses incurred. Once the item has been sold it becomes the property of the purchaser. Frontier Petroliana Sales is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. The bidder has read, understands and agrees to all terms and conditions as outlined.
