Lots / Items: Bidders are responsible for knowing which lot / item they are bidding on and for conducting their own research on the lot/item. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Stock photos may be used, in addition to actual product photos, to provide additional details (for example, height or weight). All bids should be made using the actual photos, as those represent the item being offered.
Payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo & Cash are all accepted. IF YOU WISH TO PAY USING A METHOD OTHER THAN YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE, PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE SO THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE. The default credit card on file with your account will be charged following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying in cash or cashier’s check. Invoices over $1,000 are not able to be paid by credit card and will need to be paid with cash or a cashier’s check.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please contact us before bidding to see if an alternate time can be arranged. By bidding in the auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and agree to remove them from the location listed.
1 More Thing Shop reserves the right to ask to view a photo ID to confirm the identity of individuals picking up items.
Alternate Pickup Person: We allow for spouses, family and friends that are designated by you as the bidder to pick up items. If you would like to designate an alternate pickup person for your item(s), please copy and paste the following into an email and send to hello@1morethingshop.com within 24 hours of the sale close:
“As winning bidder of the following lot(s), I authorize [ insert name of alternate pickup person] to pick up my items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Returns/Refunds: No refunds. All sales are final. All items are sold 'As Is' with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Road Dog Investments, LLC dba 1 More Thing Shop, contact us at hello@1morethingshop.com and provide a copy of your tax-exempt form(s). Please provide this information prior to auction close. We will adjust your invoice before processing your payment. Once taxes have been applied to an invoice they cannot be backed out and you will need to work with your tax accountant to deduct those amounts in accordance with generally accepted tax principles.
Liability: Road Dog Investments, LLC dba 1 More Thing Shop, its members, employees and assigns shall be limited in its liability to the refund of the bidder’s purchase price.
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies of the state of Kansas. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction.
SHIPPING:
Some items are available for shipping and are marked as such in the listing. If you are bidding on an item marked available for shipping, send an email to hello@1morethingshop.com within 24 hours of auction close and let us know the item(s) you would like shipped. We will calculate the shipping charges and respond to your email with the shipping amount. You will have 24 hours from when our reply email is sent to confirm shipping/select shipping courier. After the shipping courier is selected, 1 More Thing Shop will process the invoice and ship your item(s). Should you decide NOT to proceed with shipment, you may elect to instead pick up the item(s) in person and our standard pickup terms apply. Regardless of pickup method, you are still obligated to purchase the item(s).
