Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction.
Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction closes. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Pick-Up arrangements must be made through United Country Walton Realty & Auction Co., llc . Roger Hunker- 567-214-4081. Buyer will recieve email with Sign Up times after the auction. Buyers are encouraged to us the sign up to help the pick up process run smooth.
Buyers Premium: A buyer's premium of fifteen percent (15%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot for every item.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping available on small items. All shipping cost at buyer expense plus $15.00 handling / packing fee. Shipping feeds will be charged seperately by Roger Hunker, Auctioneer office.

5. Our Internet online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email.
6. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Wyandot County, Ohio.
7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your bid IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you win.
8. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.
9. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
10. All announcements made prior to the close of the Internet bidding take precedence over any and all written or verbal statements.
