Alternatively, if a refund to the original payment method is preferred, please note that a 15% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If you do not notify us to hold your item(s) before 6:00pm Wednesday, corresponding to the current auction, we will not be able to hold your items. If both parties agree to delay collecting items, they must be picked up within 14 days from last pickup day(s). Pickup is allowed only on scheduled dates. Items unclaimed by deadline are deemed abandoned and may be disposed or resold. Failure to collect on pickup day(s) may result in charges. This stands unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon by both parties. No credits shall be issued if you neglect to collect items. You're responsible for ensuring you receive all items at pickup and no credit will be issued for missing items after your pickup. In cases where a credit is approved, a seven-day return period follows the second pickup day, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Returned item(s) must maintain the same condition as when claimed. No credit or refund will be issued in such instances, regardless of the item's condition or whether the issue is our responsibility or not. Failure to appear for pickup days and failure to contact us before the end of pickup days will result in forfeiture of lots. Forfeiture eliminates entitlement to a credit or possession. The absence of decimal points, apostrophes, and quotations can cause discrepancies. For instance, a measurement might be presented as 1875 instead of the correct 18.75".
