FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS: Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of their items. Loon Estates staff are not able to help load or move large items. Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help to safely remove their items. No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered. SALES TAX: All applicable taxes will be applied to every sale. Completed tax exemption forms can be provided to Loon Estates in person at pick-up, or via email to info@loonestates.com. PAYMENTS: Loon Estates accepts all major credit cards, cash, and wire transfers for payment. Direct wire transfers are required on invoices over $5000. A valid credit card is required to bid. Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers 72 hours after invoices are sent.
