Bargain Bidz Terms and Conditions By registering to participate in the auction at Bargain Bidz Auction House, you ("the Bidder") hereby agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 1. **Payment and Collection**: The Bidder is obligated to settle all winning bids within seven (7) days following the close of the auction. The Bidder will be prohibited from participating in our auctions until the cancellation fee is fully settled. 4. **All Sales are Final**: All sales are deemed final. When making payment online, the Bidder must ensure that both the billing and shipping addresses match the address registered on the HiBid account. 5. **Online Safety and Fraud Prevention**: To safeguard all parties involved, our payment fraud prevention system automatically flags orders that may be deemed high risk. This may result in a delay in delivery and processing. In such instances, we will require identity verification prior to shipping out items. 6. **Payment Deadline Extension**: We understand that certain circumstances may necessitate flexibility. In such cases, we recommend that the Bidder reach out to our customer service team directly to discuss the possibility of an extension. Please note that any changes to the payment deadline would be considered an exception and are subject to approval. These terms and conditions are binding upon registration for the auction.
