This is NOT a traditional online auction- we are accepting absentee bids online for items being sold at our 6.22.24 Coopersburg on-site LIVE auction.
Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all below: By bidding you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. NO exceptions.
You are LEAVING ABSENTEE BIDS which will be executed by Somers Auctioneering staff at the LIVE auction in Coopersburg PA on June 22, 2024.
All items are being sold AS-IS, as pictured, with no guarantees. Be sure to ask any questions BEFORE bidding. Questions can be referred to Greg Somers at 484.375.8410 or by email to somersauctioneering@gmail.com.
Buyer's Premium: 13% for Visa, MasterCard or Discover, 10% for cash or check at auction.
Sales Tax: NO PA sales tax as this is a one-owner on-site live auction.
Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on HiBid for approval.
The absentee bids that will be gathered here will be executed at the live auction. If, as an absentee bidder, you are the high bidder, you will be contacted by phone following the auction. All items are to be paid for IN FULL with credit card. NO exceptions. All major credit cards accepted. You will be contacted following the auction for the 3-digit CVV number on the back of the credit card on file- please have that number readily available. Credit cards will be charged immediately upon receiving this information, so please make sure sufficient funds are available for immediate release.

Pick-Up Information: Lots are to be picked up at the auction location day of auction, Saturday, June 22, 2024 or Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or other days/times by appointment. Call Greg Somers at 484.375.8410 to schedule an appointment for pick-up. NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION.
Special Terms: If we are unable to contact you and/or we do not hear from you by Monday, June 24 at 12:00 noon, your items will be considered abandoned. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time, unless other arrangements have been made. All items must be paid for in full before removal. NO pets at removal location.
If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears.
The auction is being conducted online based in Lehigh County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Lehigh County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Lehigh County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Lehigh County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the internet absentee bidding process, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Lehigh County Pennsylvania.
Auction Company reserves the right to solicit other "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers. No Reserve Auction.
