Auction Start: The auction will open Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM CDT. Auction close: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM CDT, Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No credit card surcharge will be applied. Buyer's premium: There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding. Items may be pre-viewed Monday - Friday, June 17 - June 21, 2024 during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST at our Auction Warehouse in Treynor, IA. Pick up of items: Local pick up is available Thursday, June 27, 2024 through Friday, June 28, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. CDT to 5:00 p.m. CDT and Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CDT. Pick up items at any other time will be by appointment only. Payment is required prior to pick up or shipping. Any items remaining in our warehouse after July 2, 2024 will become property of Menke Aucition and Reality. Shipping of items: Shipping is available for some items as indicated on this auction. The cost of shipping, packing materials, insurance, and any other misc. costs will be the Buyer's responsibility and will be charged to the buyer's credit card.
