* We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction to the best of our ability, however items are all sold AS IS.
Please read carefully & look at the pictures. We cannot be responsible for things we may have missed.
* By placing a bid, bidders signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* The right to reject any bid is reserved.
* The right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures is reserved
* Items are not tested unless stated in the description.
* All items must be picked up during specified time frames.
* 12% buyers premium on all lots, and a 3% CC surcharge for a total of 15%
* All payments and invoicing will be done through the Hi-Bid platform.
If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - and have not scheduled alternate pick up, you will forfeit the items without refund.

It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.
THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Trash 2 Treasures and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses,
expenses, damage or liability, and personal injury/accidents directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of
Trash 2 Treasures or anyone acting on their behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
All bidders/buyers must be of legal age.
