All items to be removed from the auction site day of auction by 3 PM or by appointment. Seller will accommodate long distance and out of state buyers with an alternative pick up date. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. All items sell “AS-IS” “Where-Is” with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition, and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it.
