1. AS IS / WHERE IS - All items at auction are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. All sales are final. No warranty or guarantee is given on any item sold. Written descriptions are done as accurate as possible and believed to be correct. Bidder/Buyer is responsible for personally viewing any item to base their own option as to condition and value. Failure to inspect any item does not relieve the bidder/buyer of responsibility for payment and removal.
2. BIDDING – A bid is binding. Highest bidder at the time the auctions ends is the buyer.
3. BUYER PREMIUM – A buyer’s premium of 16% applies to all bids and is added to the final price of each lot. There is a 3% CASH discount.
4. SALES TAX – TX Buyers are required to pay 8.25% state and local sales tax. Tax exempt bidders must have current copy of Sales Tax ID / Re-Sale Certificate on file.
5. PAYMENT – All bidders/buyers are required to pay within 3 days of auction end.
6. WITHDRAWALS – any item may be withdrawn at any time before a bid is placed at no liability for such withdrawal.
7. SHIPPING / PICKUP – Pickup Saturday 6/8 10:00 - 2:00 & Monday 6/10 11:00 - 3:00

8. FIREARMS - You must pass a background check or have a LTC to pickup firearms.
