The Buyer pays the shipping Costs (which are reasonable negotiated rate) If items are not picked up by 2.00p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements has been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. We are not professionals at authenticating merchandise. However we do our best to identify fake items and it will be listed in the description as such.
