Remember to refresh your page during bidding, especially in the closing minutes of bidding. Please bid from the live catalong and not your watch list, the watch list isn't in real time. Auction has a soft close, the lot will not officially close untill all bidding has ceased. Shipping is not provided by Cornerstone Realty and Auction. If shipping is required, winning bidder must notify Cornerstone Realty and Auction by phone at 937-469-6868 or email at auctions@cornerstonerealtyandauction.com no later than Noon EST on Wednesday June 12,2024 2024. The Mailroom will pick all items needing shipped, after they are paid for in full,after the auction pickup day is over. All shipping arrangments are the sole responsiblilty of the buyer. Cornerstone Realty and Auction does not guarantee or warranty the shipping services provided by this company. Shipping is only avaible on smaller items only (no furniture etc). A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, boxes etc for the removal of items from the property.
