Bring your own help to load heavy items, and boxes if needed, there will be no support staff here to assist you
1. This online-only Auctions will begin to close at 6:00pm on THURSDAY JUNE 6th 2024, lots will be closing every 15 seconds. Soft close will be applied to this auction, any bids made within the last 1 minute of closing will reset the bid clock by an additional 2 minutes after the last bid is placed.
2. Preview by appointment only
3. Pickup will be held on SATURDAY JUNE 8th 9:00-12:00PM, if you are unable to pick up on 06/08 DO NOT BID. Bring your own help to load heavy items, and boxes if needed.
4. Property damage caused by the buyer will be at the buyers expense
5. S.D. Karns Auction Service reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our discretion
6. This Auction Has a 10% Buyers premium Applied to all purchases (Ex. Win an item for $100, the total purchase price is $110)
7. After Closing, invoices will be sent via email, payment is due at the time and date of pickup, no credit cards, cash or good check only.
8. By bidding in this auction you are agreeing to all the terms posted for this auction.
9. Shipping is not offered for this auction
10. Bad checks will be sent to the Magistrate.
11. All Sales are final, All items are sold "As-is, Where is" with all faults and no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold. Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all risk of loss or damage passes to them
12. All pickups will be arranged to a set time at close due to a very narrow driveway and location.
13. S.D. Karns Auction Service LLC, Spenser D. Karns,are NOT responsible for any accidents.
14. If you need help, bring help, there will be no support staff here to assist.
15. Abandoned items not paid in full, not picked up at the designated date and time on 06/08 will be considered abandoned and may be offered for sale at a later auction or subject to other disposition. Such abandonment does not, however relieve the buyer or the buyers obligation to make payment in full, payments are nonrefundable, and ALL buyers will remain responsible for the full purchase price, when the lot is struck off.

18. Every Auction & Lot has a reserve unless stated as an "Absolute Auction."
19. Owners reserve the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
20. ALL ITEMS DESCIRBED TO THE BEST OF THE ABILITY OF THE AUCTIONEER AND THE SELLER, NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISIDENTIFIED LOTS.
21. ANY AND ALL FIREARMS MUST BE TRANSFERED AT FFL AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, FIREARMS WILL NOT BE ON SITE DAY OF PICKUP.
TRANSFER FEE IS $20 PER FIREARM.
