This is a soft close auction meaning that any bids placed in the last 3 minutes of a lot closing will extend bidding for that lot for 3 minutes to give it a more live auction bidding feel.

Any non performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections or of the amount is over 2500.00 a suit will be filed.
