All bidders must carefully consider and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing a bid. - No buyers premium will be charged at this Live On-Site portion of this auction (applies to in person bidding only), online buyers will be subject to a 7% buyers premium on Online Purchases Only. - The live auction will be held Saturday, June 1, 2024 9:00am. start time with OnlineSimlucast begining at 9:30am. - Payment is due to cashier before any items are to be removed from the premises, a PAID IN FULL receipt will be required for loading your items. - Cash, Check and Credit Cards will be accepted as payment (a 5% card processing fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions) - All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
