Terms and Conditions Registration: All attendees must register prior to participating in the auction. Payment methods accepted will be specified by the auction organizers. Buyer’s Premium: A buyer's premium of 13% will be added to all winning bids. Reserve Prices: Some items may have reserve prices set by the seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve price. Condition of Items: All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding their condition, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding bidding, the auctioneer's decision will be final. Any disputes regarding the condition or authenticity of items must be addressed with the seller directly. Collection and Delivery: Shipping options will be available for purchased items. The cost of shipping and any associated fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Alternatively, buyers can arrange for collection of purchased items. Cancellation: The auction organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the auction for any reason. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. Liability: The auction organizers, venue, and sellers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the auction event.
