If the buyer is relying fully on the description of the item, it is you responsibility toconduct your due diligence prior to bidding and determine what you believe the item being offered is. There are no refunds for Buyers Remorse if you think the item is something it is not. 5. We offer shipping. Packaging is charged @ $50 per hour with a $3 er package minimum, plus box, bubble wrap/ packaging costs. Large, bulky, heavy or fragile items are very expensive to ship. Purchases will be shipped within 5 days following the auction. Please email any questions about shipping. 6. We charge the card on file 1-2 business days following the auction UNLESS prior arrangements are made. If your invoice is over $1000, you will recieve a phone call before we charge the card. 7. Hawkeye Auction Hub is not responsible for mishaps or accidents on auction premises. 8. Purchased items not picked up during the posted pick up days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold at the buyers expense. UNLESS other arrangements have been made for pickup. We will NOT give any refunds for items that fall under this term. 9. If payment is not made and we are not able to reach you by phone or email within 2 business days of the auction, your online bidding account will be suspended and you will not be able to bid on future auctions. 10. Announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over printed matter. Buyer agrees, upon registration to bid, to the terms and conditions of the sale.
