BIDDER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Type: Online-Only Auction - Location address is: 16357 Pawnee Dr, Brooksville, FL 34601
Auction Closes: Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 7 p.m. and the auction will be a soft close. A soft close prevents from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. We will have a 4-minute soft close policy for every lot. If the lot is bid on during the lot's closing period additional time will be added until no more bidding takes place within the 4-minute period.
Bid Increments: will be established prior to opening of auction and posted online.
Personal Property Pickup Times: Tuesday, May 28nd from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 29th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You will receive a link in your email along with your paid invoice to schedule a pickup time with us. Failure to meet the removal schedule and conditions may result in the loss of your purchases without refund.
Liability: Bidders removing and entering Property is at their own risk. Auction Company and Seller assume no risk for bodily injury or damage to personal property when removing the personal property.
Storage Fee: If bidder does not make arrangements for pickup the paid item(s) upon winning will be charged a storage fee of $6 per item, per day after the missed pickup date (listed above). Auction Springs does not want to charge a fee, however, in the past we have had item(s) sitting on our location for a long period of time. Therefore, Auction Springs will charge $6 per item, per day, so PLEASE make arrangements with us for either pickup or the shipping of your item(s) (if the shipping option is available). Buyer agrees that Auction Springs may charge the credit card on file for storage fee.
Buyer Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. For example, if your high bid is $100.00, your full purchase amount will be $115.00.
Payment: Buyer's credit card (credit card used for registration) will be charged immediately following the of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will be emailed a receipt to the email address you provided during registration. Sales Tax is 6.5% for Hernando County Florida. All bidders with Florida Resellers Certificates must email us BEFORE the end of the auction (each and every auction), otherwise sales tax will be charged. All items are "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with ALL FAULTS.
Winning bidder(s) may be asked to wire transfer funds or for cash payment if Auction Springs has no or little previous experience with the bidder. Also, if the invoice is over $500 the bidder may be asked to wire transfer funds or pay cash.
Agency: The Auction Company and its representatives represent the Seller.
Shipping Instructions: Any item available for shipping will be marked on each individual lot number (#) as "Available for Shipping." If bidder bids on an item for pickup only the bidder must make their own arrangements for pickup. Auction Springs will only ship items marked "Available for Shipping." Auction Springs will not refund the bidder the won item(s) cost if they cannot pick up the item(s) or refuse to pay for shipping cost. By bidding you agree If you are not local (within 50 miles of the Auction Springs location) Auction Springs will automatically ship your item(s) regardless of your winning bid amount. Auction Springs shipping will be charged to your credit card. Finally, due to fraud your BILLING & SHIPPING address MUST MATCH, otherwise you must pick up the winning item(s). On expensive item(s) or large orders Auction Springs will require a signature.
Shipping Charges will be charged separately to your registered credit card.
All Sales are Final: ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All items sell "AS IS" with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory, or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any items offered in this sale. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Auction Springs may attempt to describe the personal property in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. All measurements of items are approximate and not exact. Weight of item(s) are not guaranteed, because scales may not be calibrated precisely.
Removal of Personal Property: Paid receipt must be shown at time of pickup. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR PAID RECEIPT. The personal property becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the time of the sale. Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller provides equipment or labor to remove items purchased.
REMOVAL FEE FOR ABANDONED FURNITURE: Bidder agrees if they forfeited, abandon or no show for pickup any furniture won during the auction bidders agrees to pay Auction Springs a $50 PER ITEM REMOVAL FEE from the property.
DISPOSAL OF PARTIAL LOT(S) FEE (Excluding Furniture-See Above): Bidder agrees that it they abandon partial lots on premise and Auction Spring must dispose of unwanted item(s) they agree to pay $10 PER LOT for the disposal of those item(s).
REMEMBER: When picking up your items, bring your packing material and any help you may need for loading. Shipment and pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping, and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
Auction Springs reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our sole discretion. Items may be added or deleted from sale. Auction Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone and reopen the auction in the case of system failure.
Bid Retraction Policy: ANY MISTAKES MADE BY BIDDER, BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE MISTAKES, NOT AUCTION SPRINGS. PLEASE NOTE ONCE BID(S) ARE PLACED IT CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE RETRACTED FOR ANY REASON.
Feedback: IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR WINNING ITEM(S) WE WILL LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR OTHER AUCTION HOUSE(S) TO VIEW YOUR NON-PAYMENT HISTORY.
Changes to Terms: FINALLY, ANY CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS TO THE TERMS OF SALE MUST BE DONE IN WRITING AND IN AGREEMENT BY BOTH PARTIES. THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT.
