Vulcan & District 4H Auction - Held at the New Vulcan AG Grounds Weights Will Be Uploaded After Weigh In on Monday May 27th & Sale Order Will Be Updated Once the Show is Complete 3 Pheasant Lots Grand Champion Reserved Champion Champion 4H Club Arrowwood 4H Club Lomond 4H Club 3 Pheasant Lots Calves Will Be Weighed Monday May 27th at the Vulcan Rodeo Grounds & A 4% Shrink Will Be Taken. The Weight Listed on the Catalog Will Be The Shrunk/Pay Weight. Calves Will Be Sold Quantity x Dollar Amount Bid. Cattle will be transported to Processors and Buyers Will Be Notified For Cutting Arrangments. **All Processing Fees (Cutting & Wrapping) are the Buyers Responsibility If you would like to purchase a steer for promotional purposes and not take the meat we have an option available for you. Purchase a steer at the sale and when paying for it after the sale tell them you would like the steer to be sold and not take the meat. We will deliver the animal and sell it on your behalf for a base price of $2.50/Pound. Please pay your invoice to Frank McInenly Auctions for the total invoice. Frank McInenly Auctions will send you a cheque for the animal you sold and your donation to 4H will be the difference between the two.
