Non-payments will be reported to HiBid for future auctioneers to review and may affect your chance to register for future auctions. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN'T PAY AND PICK UP! Your credit card will be automatically charged after the auction ends. We will add postage to your statement prior to the charge if we're shipping. A $3.00 handling fee will be added to exact postage and added to your statement. We can not be held responsible for glitches in the HiBid Auction Software System. We always suggest placing your bids early to avoid last minute issues. Make sure you bring help to move and PACKING MATERIALS/BOXES AND BAGS FOR SMALLER LOTS. We do not have any packing materials or movers during pick-up. Winning bidders will be able to walk through the house to purchase items that were not listed or unsold. A 12% Buyers Premium will apply.
