Terms and conditions-
Read thoroughly. You must read and agree to the terms and conditions before registering to bid on this auction. Once you have read and click to register you are now in a contract agreement with the auction house and agree to all terms and conditions.
Register & Bidding:
You must be a registered bidder, to participate in this auction. Once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions we will review your profile for approval.
REQUIREMENTS: Positive status on your profile with no negative feedback from other auctioneers and must be in good standings with other auction houses with NO past due invoices.
As this is a legal binding contract between you and the auction house. Once approved you are able to bid on the desired lots. If you’re the highest bidder, you win. That easy. Only bid on what you intend to buy. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. At the end of the auction, you will be invoiced for the item/s you have won, BP, and shipping costs will be applied to all invoices at the end. You are responsible for all costs. If you feel your HiBid account has been compromised, please contact us immediately, as well as HiBid support to secure your account. Be sure your account information is current and accurate. Your item/s will be ship to the address on file. If you need to change the address, be sure to contact HiBid support to update. Throughout the auction, we will closely watch each registered profile for changes. If your account becomes negative or has negative remarks from another auction houses such as unpaid invoices, we reserve the right to retract your bid and deny access to the current auction. You will not be able to enter into future auctions until your account status changes and issues have been resolved.
If you have questions on an item, be sure to reach out before bidding. We ask that you do your own due diligence. We try our best to answer all questions via emails within 24- 48 hours. On auction day, we may not be able to get to emails in a timely manner.
We reserved the right to withdraw any bid at any time before, during and after the drop of the hammer. A few examples for a withdrawing a bid is: The registered bidder's profile status has changed, and they are no longer able to participate, a bidder has been flagged as a scammer, there was an error on the listing, the product is damaged or missing.
On a rare occasion the auctioneer made an error and due to his or her discretion have pulled the item making it unavailable.

Bid status & Invoices:
After the auction your bid status may say the following.
WON- Congrats! what's next? You will get an email from us with a invoice. Payment methods will be listed on the invoice. Payments are due the same day.
MAY HAVE WON- your bid is under review. This could imply there was a reserve or other indications in place needing further review from the auction house.
If accepted an invoice will be emailed To you.
DID NOT WIN- someone out bid you or your bid was not accepted of other reasons.
If the highest bidder breach's the contract agreement and does not pay for their items with in 3 days and does not respond to the attempts, we make they forfeited their item/s. The account will be flagged and reported to Hibid for nonpayment, A review is left on the profile and will be ban from all future auctions.
Runner up-At this time we may reach out to the next runner up and offer them a chance to purchase the items. At the final bid price. At this time you can accept or decline.
Payments:
All invoices are emailed directly to you after the auction. Payments are due within 48 hours. If payment is not received, we will try to reach you by email, text and phone. If a payment is not made and we are unable to reach you by the 3rd day your invoice will be voided, your item/s will be considered abandoned, you will be reported to hibid for nonpayment, a review will be left on your profile for other auctioneers to see and you will no longer be able to participate in our auctions.
All sales are final no returns and no exchanges. Do your own due diligence and if you have questions reach us by email for quickest response. We try to provide accurate description and photos of the items.
Hibid does NOT run your card on file.
Not all auction houses use Hibids form of payments. As we sell on multiple flatforms to ensure our books and inventory stay accurate we offer our own payment methods.
After the auction you will be emailed a invoice with a breakdown of your items, fees and shipping. We several options for payments.
PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and we also except wire transfers for domestic and international purchases.
A 4% transaction fee is applied to your invoice. Depending on the payment method you used the payment could take up to 5 days to clear. Once they have cleared, we prepare your order/s provide a tracking number and ship the product.
SOME items may require domestic wire transfer only as a form of payment. These details will be listed on your invoice.
Authorization agreement-
Authorization agrees between you(the buyer) and I (the seller) to accept OR input the card details you provide to debt the account you are authorized to use for the payment for the invoice with details of your winning items.
This agreement is also on all invoices giving us (the seller) authorized and permission to debt your account.
Onetime payment authorization agreement between you and the merchant. This agreement is for in person, over the phone and for online payments and transfers/ You the buyer who is authorized on the account in which the payment method is being used gives permission for us (the seller) to accept and or to debt your account for the amount indicated on the invoice attached to this agreement and or in the terms and conditions of the auction in which you attended. This debt is to be on or after the indicated date listed on the invoice. This is giving permission for a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional charge unrelated to your account. You (the buyer) authorize US (the seller) to charge and or accept the payment method given for the goods described in the invoice attached to this agreement in the amount indicated on this invoice. This is valid for one time use only. You the buyer certify that you are the authorized user of this payment method and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company or bank institution so as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicating with the invoice.
When making the payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Orders $500 and great may require a 30 day hold time before shipping. This is to allow enough time for alterations needed such as ring sizing, inspections /appraisals/ other forms of documentation added to the order can be fulfilled.
Invoices $1,000 or greater can pay by cash app, Zelle or by international / domestic wire transfer.
Wire transfer may have a small fee and take 2-5 days to receive.
Credit card payments of $500 or great may have a 30 day hold time on higher priced items.
Buyer's premium:
Bidders are responsible for paying the auction house fee (buyer's premium) of
20% this amount is added to your total.
Tax:
Oregon is a no sales tax state. It is your Responsibility to record and claim taxes necessary in your state.
Authenticity:
If the item has COA, papers, appraisals or any form of documentation it will be listed in the description you may add a COA for a fee. Ask the auctioneer for more details.
We do not guarantee anything without documentation or some way to identify the item at hand is authentic.
Listing:
As they are a great third party to help facilitate or help with communication. As an auctioneer we pay hibid to host auctions on their platform, but every auction house has their own terms and conditions that we set in place. I have copied ours where we have a policy in place for a reason. This is mostly for liability and of course creditability. We listed the item for auction through a co-assignment customer once everything was disclosed on the item we made the decision and have the right to withdraw the item as it is damaged. you the buy could receive the item and file for a chargeback where it would affect our business losing money and product.
Not knowing exactly what is wrong with the item there is a liability sending broken items and unlike other auction houses we take pride in what we do and want to continue having returning happy customers.
So at our discretion we have withdrawn the item as we were misinformed on the condition
We do our best to give accurate pictures and if more information is available or is needed you can find it in the description. Pictures are taken under bright lights and may alter the color of an item, point out major defects, add sizing and measurements if needed. If you need additional information, please reach us before bidding.
All items are inspected before shipped. If a item has been damaged, broken, is not working, doesn't match the description on the auction we may decline the winning bid and remove it.
Shipping & pick up:
After your payment has been received and has cleared (depending on method 1-5 days)
your item/s will be prepared for shipment. If the item is pick up only it will be noted in the description, LARGER items that offer no shipping, but you prefer shipping. Call us and we can make arrangements. If you are local and would like to schedule to pick up, please email us and we can schedule pick up.
Hold on shipping- All jewelry except costume jewelry, luxury watches, high end designer purses and all invoices over $1000.00 will have a 30 day hold time before shipping.
Some lots require adjustments and or appraisals which take time. Due to the rising number of scammers, chargebacks and other situations we have put this in place no exceptions.
You will have 7 days to pick up your item. If the item is not picked up it will be considered abandoned and up for auction. All pick up orders must be paid within the allotted time frame (48 hours) unless arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
