Unless otherwise specified, our online and live auctions will be held in the above location.
Items in the auction can normally be previewed the day before the auction is held. Hours for preview are 10:00am - 3:00pm. Items in the auction can also be previewed by making an appointment by calling 928-254-3363 See Preview Date/Time in auction details for more information.
Checkout and pickup is held Friday between 1pm and 4pm the auction. See Checkout Date/Time in auction details for more information. in auction details for more information. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING PICKUP DAYS SPECIFIED.
SHIPPING IS NOT NORMALLY OFFERED, BUT IF IS REQUIRED A $10.00 HANDLING FEE PLUS SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
**There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.**
We offer a 3% discount to all invoices paid in cash during our normal pick up hours only. Any inventory held after stated pick up times do not qualify for this discount.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this.
*PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00P.M., ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR SCEDULED PICK UP.* ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD). INVOICES NOT PAID FOR BY 4:00PM ON THE LAST DAY OF PICKUP WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFITED
DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. ANY DISCREPANCIES IN THE LISTING OF AUCTION ITEMS WON MUST BE RESOLVED EFORE ITEMS LEACE THE AUCTION. ANY PROBLEMS MUST BE DIRECTED TO FAMILY LIQUIDATOR WITH THE LOT NUMBER, AUCTION DATE, AND PROBLEM WITH ITEM.
*Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – Auctions FAMILY LIQUIDATOR not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.*
**Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions**

All merchandise not removed by two weeks after the auction date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Family Liquidator Auctions.
IMPORTANT:
By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
Family Liquidator Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bidder agrees to hold Family Liquidator harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
