*Listed product in Returns condition are units that have been traded in from an end user through retail and online programs. These units are NOT tested for functionality, and are marketed for sale as goods that are in unknown condition.
Products have not been tested, and repairs have not been attempted.
The packaging will be in various states, including: opened, distressed and/or missing.
The products may not include original packaging and accessories.
Returns products will most likely function or may retain some functionality from the original equipment manufacturer specifications.
Products will have signs of use, scratches, dents, physical condition is unknown.
These units are not inspected, and may be in all ranges of condition, from broken to functional.
- By accepting our terms and conditions we have the right to request photo id and credit card.
- WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGES.
- Pick up of the items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
- Due to previous fraud, we only ship to US customers who is willing to pay by paypal, etransfer, wire transfer.
-Please note if payment is not received within 5 days after the shipping cost is sent to you, we will abandon all unshipped packages. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGES.
-1.00 CAD handling fees for each item will be charged at check out.
-By accepting our terms and conditions bidders must register with their own credit card. Bidders are not allowed to register with other credit cards that are not in their name. If we discover the credit card registered is in a different name, we will block the account.
-If you want to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, etc. you MUST write this in the "notes to auctioneer" prior to registering for each auction.
-We do not accept alternate forms of payment over the phone due to previous fraud.
- Bid cancelations are not accepted
-All registered bidders are held personally liable and financially responsible for any and all bids placed with their respective "Bidding Number". By virtue of you accepting Director Sale’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are agreeing to pay the bid amount, in addition to the Buyer's Premium and Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST"), within the timeline dictated by the Auctioneer.
-All items sold "as is", "where is", no guarantee, no warranty. While all description and commentary is believed to be accurate, Director Sales. Makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, authenticity, source, origin, condition, etc.
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless incorrect listing occurred, all incorrect listing should be reported to us within 3 days after picking up your order, if the order was shipped to you, you have 3 days to report to us after the package was delivered. ANY RETURN REQUEST AFTER THE MENTIONED PERIOD WON’T BE ACCEPTED. if the item does not match our description, we will issue in house credit for you. credit can be used for any future purchases, and it will be automatically applied to your next invoice. Please note we do not issue refund back to your original form of payment.
- Please keep in mind this is a returned merchandise auction. Items could be missing parts, used, damaged, not the item in the box or nothing wrong at all.
- if it was mentioned "new”, "tested", "sealed" or "in box" in the title, that means its functioning but it’s not a must to be brand new, scratches free, cracks free, or it has missed parts.
- If discrepancies happen between the photo and description of any item, please refer ONLY to the description. This applies to quantity, color, size etc.
- We do not take returns on items that have "as is”, "not inspected" or "used" in the title. You cannot return items due to buyers’ remorse or because something does not fit if we listed it correctly.
- packaging may have dents/rips or crumpled corners, if the box is just the imperfection it will not be taken back
-Bidding is already open. Online only auction, No in-person preview. Soft close in effect.
-Director sales will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Director Sales., the Seller, and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage, or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Director Sales, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
* All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated.
* No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full.
* It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.
* Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
* While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Director Sales shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
* Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyer's Premium May Apply.
* Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.
