Auction Terms & Conditions 10% online buyer's premium. All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. No returns or refunds for any reason. By registering for this auction and/or bidding you acknowledge to having read and accepted the terms and conditions of this auction. Warne Auctioneering, LLC accepts cash, good checks, certified checks, Master Card, Visa or Discover Credit Cards (4% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards). Maximum allowable charge on credit cards is $1000. If you bid over that, a check or wire transfer is required. If buyer does not contact Warne Auctioneering within 24 hours of the auction the credit card on file will be charged. If a buyer fails to pay in full for an item the buyer will be black listed and not allowed to participate in any Warne Auctioneering auction and reported to other HiBid auction companies as a non-paying bidder. All items must be picked up at the designated pickup times, no exceptions unless prior arrangements are made. If they are not picked up at the designated pickup times the items are considered abandoned and become the property of the Auction Company or seller. The buyer is still responsible for full payment, no refunds will be given. Shipping is not available for all auctions. If not specified that shipping is available check with the auction house prior to bidding. Typical charges for shipping are $10 handling charge for the first box and $5 handling for each additional box plus shipping cost. Warne Auctioneering, LLC shops for the most reasonable shipping cost for you, as we are aware that no one likes to pay a lot for shipping. Large orders may be subject to a $10 per box fee. All shipping and insurance expense are to be paid for by the buyer. If you bid on and win an item and shipping is not offered you are still responsible for paying for the item. Certain items never eligible for shipping are animal mounts, any items that have ever had gas or fuel in them such as lanterns, chainsaws, small engines, etc, large or bulky items, items over 40 lbs., gun powder, or very fragile items. Items must be picked up within the scheduled pickup time. Any items that need to be brought back to the Warne Auctioneering facility are subject to a $20 hauling fee. Lots begin closing on Thursday, May 23, 2024 @ 6 PM CST. Lots close at a rate of one every 30 seconds. This is a soft close auction meaning if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last 2 minutes prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional 2 minutes. Warne Auctioneering reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. Warne Auctioneering, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising or on the internet, but makes no representations. In no event shall Warne Auctioneering, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid during an online only auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Questions are encouraged from buyers prior to bidding. Auction company employees and/or the auction company may bid on auction items. Should a dispute arise between Warne Auctioneering, LLC and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Grant County, Wisconsin. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Warne Auctioneering, LLC is using HiBid online bidding services. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Warne Auctioneering, LLC., the seller, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Warne Auctioneering, LLC reserves the right to pause, delay, or restart bidding at any time. Warne Auctioneering, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Warne Auctioneering, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction.
