All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium of 10% is in effect *. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen this auction in the event of computer system failures. * Credit Cards will be charged through Currancy Pay Immediately following the close of the sale * Auction company may bid on behalf of any reserves set by seller though these are limited to no more than 3-5 per auction event. *Shipping will be handled after payment is made to the auction at which time buyer will need to contact the auction to discuss shipping. *Negative scored bidders must contact company and make arrangements prior to the auction if you want to participate. *If you will be bidding in excess of $1500.00 you will need to get approval prior to the auction start time. *If you do not pay for or pick up your items for any reason other than health or death, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and/or will be blocked from bidding in future sales.
