ONLINE ONLY AUCTION - Soft closing begins at 7:00 p.m. CT on May 9, 2024.
REGISTRATION/BIDDING: All bids on items will be placed online. Bidder registration will be completed through the HiBid portal. A valid credit card will be required at the time of registration. All bidder registrations are subject to approval by the auction company and any bidders with a negative bidding history or negative score are subject to rejection by the auctioneer. If you possess a negative score and you believe this is due to a technicality, you must contact the auction company to resolve, prior to being approved to bid.
PAYMENT: All purchases will be paid for in CASH or CREDIT CARD. If paying with CREDIT, a 5% fee will be added to the invoice total. Personal/business checks or certified funds will NOT be accepted unless approved prior to bidder registration. Payment MUST be made in full within 48 hours of the auction completion. Bidders paying CASH should note their payment preference in the notes section of their bidder registration and are suggested to notify the auction company via phone or email that you intend to pay CASH. Buyers choosing to pay with credit card can do so at the time of pick up, if within the scheduled pick up times. All unpaid, remaining merchandise at the end of the scheduled pick up times and/or purchases that have requested an alternative pick up will have outstanding balance due satisfied with the credit card on file.
BUYERS PREMIUM: No Buyer's Premium will be charged. You pay what you bid, plus any taxes (if applicable) or if paying with credit card, then 5% will be added to total purchase price.
ITEM CONDITION: All sales are FINAL, and items sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties other than what is identified in the description of the item. We do our best to include multiple photo angles and additional media to assist in making judgement, but we encourage you to contact us to setup a time to inspect items, if further information is desired.
ITEM REMOVAL: All items MUST be removed within the time allotted for item pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made. We understand busy schedules, so will do our best to accommodate alternative pick-up times, if necessary. Linnebur Auctions reserves the right to resell any unpaid/unclaimed merchandise following the 48-hour payment/pick up window post auction. Failure to pay/claim merchandise within the designated period will result in forfeiture of purchase(s) and buyer will be held responsible for damages/losses resulting from the resale.
SHIPPING: Buyer(s) responsible for the pick-up of all purchases. Shipping on certain items is available and carrier services for regional transport can be suggested. All fees associated with shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility and MUST BE coordinated prior to placing bids. Please contact us for assistance.
BIDDING DISPUTE: In the instance of a bid dispute, the auction company will use good faith judgement to all claims and make final judgment. Every bid placed online is a binding contract between the buyer and the seller and therefore, cannot be retracted, if indeed placed in good faith. Bid(s) placed in error or by mistake are subject to the same binding contract and will not be retracted without direct communication with the auction company PRIOR to the auction close to reconcile.
AUCTIONEER RIGHTS: Linnebur Auctions is privately owned and conducts business with buyers/sellers in the same manner. All buyer and seller information is 100% confidential. Transfer of ownership will be recognized by the bidder number system and no further information beyond price realized will be made available between the auctioneer and the public. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to and/or modify sale listings without prior notice. Unless stated as being sold without reserve, the auctioneer may add/remove listings prior to the close of the sale. Catalog listing, sale order, etc. are subject to change at any time. The auctioneer and the employees of, have the right to bid on items for their own personal use. Any bids placed by consignors or those associated with, in the attempt to drive up the sale price, is considered shill bidding, and is strictly prohibited. Any item(s) being sold with a reserve, will be identified as such prior to the close of the auction.
