We take pride in selling equipment, not calling no sales so any reserve will be realistic or those items will not be listed. Under no condition will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action. <b>Sales Tax </b> South Dakota State Sales Tax applied to all purchases at the rate of 4.2% on non-titled items. <b>Buyer's Premium </b> NO BUYER'S PREMIUM!!! <b>Payments </b> Wieman Land & Auction will have representatives on site to collect and help load on sale day until 6 p.m. and Thursday, November 9th from 8-5pm. After that, any loading will be on your own. A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for during those pickup hours unless arrangements are made with the auctioneers. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. <b>Removal of Purchase </b> All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). Staff will be on location to settle and pick up items on sale day until 6 p.m. and Thursday, November 9th from 8-5pm. All items must be removed within 2 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS!
