Please read the terms below and understand that by registering and bidding on this auction you are aware of the pickup dates, payment methods, and particular instructions given for certain lots on the auction.
* AUCITON PICKUP: Monday, April 29 & Tuesday, April 30, 2024 | 9 am - 6 pm
* AUCTION PREVIEW: Friday, April 26, 2024 | 1-5 PM
* INVOICES will be emailed immediatley after the close of the auction. If you have not recieved your unpaid invoice Monday morning, please check your junk / spam folder.
* Guns are sold as is. Guns are not owned by Iman Auciton company, therefore are NOT TEST FIRED prior to auciton. Full Disclosure will be given on any known defects we are informed of or have noticed in the visual inspection and normal handling of the firearms. Please have a firearm inspected by a professional if you are unsure of condition.
*ATF paperwork and NICS background checks must be completed by gun buyers. Be prepared to present a valid government issued photo ID with current address. (IF ADDRESS IS INCORRECT: Present a supplemental government issued supporting document, i.e. Vehicle registration.)
* ALL GUN BUYERS requesting shipping will be required to provide, or have your preferred FFL Dealer provide, a copy of a current FFL License to be emailed to sold@imanauction.com. Shipping of firearms will be addressed ONLY to the Premises Address on the FFL License provided.
* ALL AMMUNITION BUYERS are required to present a valid government issue photo ID to prove age (18 for long gun ammo & 21 for pistol ammo) at pick up or before shipment. Ammo buyers wishing to have ammo shipped, please provide a copy of the front and back of your ID via email to sold@imanauction.com.
* SHIPPING REQUESTS must be emailed to sold@imanauction.com.
* SHIPPING CHARGES: The actual cost of shipping will be charged for all boxes. Handling Fees are as follows: $10 per Firearm box handling fee. $10 handling per package for padded envelopes or USPS flat rate boxes. $25 handling per box for Large & custom boxes. We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you Shipping is not available for any large items, so if you have a question about an item's size relative to shipping, please ask before bidding. We do not ship internationally. UPS will be used to ship ammunition. Insurance will be purchased for the total invoice price unless otherwise requested.
