Auction Terms & Conditions A 10% Buyer's Fee will apply to all lots but will be capped at $5000 per lot. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults and without warranty express or implied. Auction company and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Auction company encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Auction company is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Printed statements or descriptions by auction company staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Auction company and it's Employees act merely as agents for sellers. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, ARE NOT disclosed unless advertised as "ABSOLUTE." Auctioneers at their discretion may place a reserve bid on behalf of the seller. All final bids are subject to the seller's confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted as to the status of his/her bid. While the information we provide on item(s) is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any items being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS unless specific factory or seller issued warranties are listed in the item description. Payment All buyers must pay for their purchases in full by April 23. No items removed until payment has been received by auction company. Auction company accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks. All out of state checks must be accompanied by a irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless know by the auctioneers. No Credit Cards!! Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of invoicing of successful bid and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Bid Northwest. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property. Pickup All items, must be picked up once auction company has received and acknowledged payment in full. All items must be removed by April 24th 2020 by 4 PM. OR AS ARRANGED WITH THE AUCTIONEER!! NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE!! If items are not removed by this time, Auction company reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling. Shipping Auction company will NOT provide shipping for items purchased through this auction.
