Auction company has a tractor and skid-loader on site to assist buyers with loading, heavy items. SHIPPING: Barnyard Auctions LLC can offer shipping, but it will take place on or after the May 1st, 2024. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 5% Buyers Premium on New Equipment. 4% fee for credit card purchases. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Barnyard Auctions LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Barnyard Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR BARNYARD AUCTIONS LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
