This auction will feature vehicles, equipment, building materials, shop tools, firearms and ammunition, vintage finds and more!
Preview and Inspection time: Monday and Tuesday, April 8th and 9th from 9 AM to 5 PM. All items are located at 3523 US Hwy 95 Homedale, Idaho 83628 (Unless otherwise listed). Load out to happen Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, April 10th, 11th and 12th, 2024 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Payment of cash, credit card or check is accepted. ALL PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE CLOSE OF LOAD OUT TIME. There is an additional 3% fee for credit/debit card. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged. Idaho sales tax (6%) will apply to all purchases. All items will go to the highest bidder. Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC reserves the right to notify third parties, credit bureaus, collection agencies, and others about bidder's fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices. All uncollected amounts will be turned over for collection. All items remaining at the Auction Yard at the end of the final day of Auction Load Out will be charged a $10.00 per day, DAILY STORAGE FEE beginning the next day. Purchaser must make prior arrangements with Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC. if an item will NOT be removed in the time specified. All items left over 15 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC. All online buyers register to bid through the website. A credit card authorization will be required at time of registration. The credit card will not be used for payment. An invoice will be emailed to you after the conclusion of the online auction with invoice total and any specific instructions necessary. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the sale. Bidder agrees to comply with any additional terms or conditions associated with particular items. We encourage you to preview items or call with questions as we want you to be happy with your purchase! No returns are allowed. No refunds. NO BIDS WILL BE REVERSED OR REMOVED. Bid Winner of titled items must be present at load out with valid Driver's License (or Business EIN if new title is to be issued with a business name.) Titles are processed in accordance with the Idaho DMV. Title transfer paperwork will be completed during load out. In state buyers: titled merchandise purchasers will recieve a 30 day permit and a bill of sale. New title will be mailed to you by the DMV. A $21 Doc Fee, per vehicle, will be added to invoice at time of payment. Out of state buyers: Title will be mailed directly to you after payment clears bank. A $21 Doc Fee, per vehicle, for certified mail will added to invoice at time of payment for out of state buyers. PLEASE know your firearm laws by your residential state prior to bidding--state laws will apply. NO FIREARM SALES, WHATSOEVER, TO CALIFORNIA, OREGON, WASHINGTON AND ILLINOIS. (It's not you....it's your state laws;) FIREARM SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS: Every firearm sale will be subject to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System. If you believe you cannot pass this check system DO NOT BID on this auction. Bidders that FAIL the background check will still financially be responsible without taking possession of the firearm(s). No exceptions apply. The only person that can complete the background check and take possesion of the firearm is the BIDDER ACCOUNT name. It is not possible to send your relative or purchase for a friend. No exceptions. The bid account has to perfectly match to the person subject to the background check. If there is a delay in the background check the possesion of the firearm may be delayed.. No firearms will be depostioned without successful background check. Driver's license is required with purchase. Bidders with FFL will be asked to show copy of document. Purchasers with concealed carry will be asked for a copy. No sale shall be invalidated by reason or any defect of the lot or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in the catalog or elsewhere and no liability shall be by the Auctioneers in respect of any such faults or errors. Catalogs have been prepared ONLY as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable and from the consignor. The accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneers. BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL AUCTION ITEMS AND MAKE THEIR OWN INQUIRIES. THE AUCTIONEERS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSILIDATE OR BREAK DOWN LOTS AS THEY DEEM BEST. The Auctioneers retain the right, without notice, to withdraw any lot or lots, prior to sale of said lots. The Auctioneers assume no responsibility for any liability once bid is accepted. Merchandise sales "as is" with all faults. Purchasers are advised to pre-arrange for insurance coverage of their purchases. Ownership title passes upon the fall of the Auctioneer's gavel and/or ending of online bid and thereafter the property is at the risk of the buyer and neither the seller , nor the Auctioneer shall be responsible for property loss or damage. All applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items unless the buyer has proof of exemption and files an ST-101 form with the Auctioneers. If there is a buyer's premium, the sales tax is applied after the combined total in accordance with Idaho state law. The purchaser shall not be entitled to possession of any of his purchases until total purchase price of all his purchases has been fully paid and in the event the purchaser fails to pay the full purchase price for any lot within the prescribed time or fails to comply with any other terms of sale, the Auctioneers shall retain the possessory lein and all lots of the purchaser and have the right to resell such lots by public or private sale without notice of any kind to the Purchaser. LOAD OUT: Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC will provide staff and SOME equipment to ASSIST YOU in collecting and/or loading your auction items. Staff are intended to ASSIST YOU ONLY. It is the purchaser's ulitmate responisbility to load out their items. Please plan accordingly. And, please be KIND to the staff, as they are provided as a COURTESY to the purchaser. All cost and responsibillity for auction item removal shall be borne by the purchaser. The Auctioneers reserve the right to require proof of adequate insurance coverage from any purchaser of lots requiring dismantling, rigging or hot cutting. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless both the Consignor and Auctioneers against any damage caused by the act of Purchaser and/or his agents in connnection with the dismantling or removal of any lot. All lots must be removed by the last day of load out at 6 PM. At Purchaser's sole cost and risk, and only in a manner approved by the Auctioneers. If for any reason the purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified, The purchaser will be charged a $10 per day storage fee starting the day after load out has ended. This fee will be added to the invoice and items will not be released until storage fees are paid in full. This is a new policy that we did not want to do.....but too many people are late with payment and with pick up. It makes it very difficult for us to keep track of items and it delays the start of future auctions when invoices aren't paid and items are not picked up in a timely fashion. We are not a storage facility and we fill up very quickly. Please pick up your items! We are not responsible for the condition of items after the end of load out. Please pay and pick up promptly!
