PICK UP:
• The Pick-up for this auction will be on Saturday, March 23 from 10am to 5pm in Noblesville.
• All items are sold as-is. The absence of condition of an item does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or free of all defects.
• The full address for pick-up will be on winning bidders invoice. ONLY bid if you are available to attend the pick-up time listed above. Make sure to bring help as we do not load your items into your vehicle.
• Large items cannot be shipped. Items not picked up by the pickup deadline, NOT being shipped, will be forfeited and you will still be charged for the item. Items cannot be held at the house after the pickup date. Any items not paid for will be automatically charged to the card of file.

Shipping:
• Shipping is available only on select items and on the buyers expense. There will be no shipping of furniture or other large items. A $10 handing fee will be charged to the buyer as well as the cost of shipping.
• Buyer will be responsible for paying for any desired insurance for shipping. Please be aware that the cost of shipping can be very expensive and at some point exceed the amount that you paid for the item. Please take this into consideration while bidding.
• If shipping is NOT paid for, your item will be forfeit and considered abandoned property and will be donated with no refund provided.
Terms & Conditions:
• Payment information and charging of Card – In order to place a bid, you must have a valid payment information stored. By providing your credit/debit card, you authorize Kendall Estate Auctions to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bids plus any associated fees such as taxes, shipping fees, and delivery fees when applicable.
o Kendall Estate Auction will charge the credit card on file BEFORE customer pickup.
o The full purchase price plus all taxes are required BEFORE customer pickup or any shipping of items.
• Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase - If you place a bid, you are REQUIRED to be available, or make prior arrangements to pick up your items. If you win, you must be available to pick up items on pick-up date.
• Pick-up of Items – It is the responsibility of the seller to bring necessary tools and help to move/load items into your vehicle on pick-up date. All items must be paid for in full before you are able to pick up item.
• Sales Tax – Indiana Law requires that tax be added to online auctions. A 7% sales tax will be added to all invoices unless you can provide tax exempt forms.
• Buyers Premium – There is a 12% buyers premium on all winning bids.
• Item Condition – All items are sold in as-in condition. We will try to list any flaws of an item on the listing, however lack of a flaw does not represent condition of item. See photos for details and condition of item. Lots that contain multiple images in a lot means the winner will receive ALL items in photo unless otherwise noted in listing.
• Technical Difficulties – Kendall Estate Auctions is not responsible for any technical difficulties that occurred using the HiBid Platform at any point during the sale. Kendall Estate Auctions has the right to refuse any bid/bidder and may extend the lot manually if bids are placed.
