Auction runs from Wednesday February 28th at 6pm to Tuesday March 5th at 6pm. The first lot goes off at 6 pm on Tuesday March 5th. Pick up is Wednesday March 6th between 11 and 5 at High Ridge residence disclosed upon auction winnings.
This auction contains contents from a family that took care of their stuff and never threw anything away. Mid century style furniture along with decor and household items from the same era. Never been used items with their tags still attached along with original boxes of never been used kitchenware. Cracker Jack toys, Jarts, Salt & pepper shakers, linens, lamps, barware, clothes, Pyrex, Anchor Hocking, toys, silverplate, furniture, jewelry, tools, games, books & more.
**PLEASE NOTE: All items are sold as is and 99% have been used. Expect wear. We do not test items unless noted in the description. We do NOT issue refunds for items that do not work that are listed untested and have left the location. Do not assume items are in perfect condition. We cannot check every single item for wear and tear. If you have any questions regarding an item, you are welcome to contact us.
Please bring your own packing, boxes & materials for glassware. We do have some to use; however, this particular auction has a lot of breakables.
Shipping is ONLY available on lots with this option stated in the description. Any winning bidder more than 50 miles outside of the radius will be pulled for shipping. We will ship USPS. Shipping is paid for by the buyer and will not be shipped until shipping payment has been received. Handling fee is $5 per lot.
Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, and usually within one hour. Please check your spam folder. We do not control how emails are received on your end, therefore, you are responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Any time you see "May Have Won" under an item, you have won that item so watch for the emailed invoice.
Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. Please insure to check off each item on your invoice as you take them. Once pickup ends, anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested by the buyer onsite.
