Auction terms and conditions: By registering and bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all the conditions and terms below, so please read them thoroughly.
1. All Items are Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no expressed warranty or guarantee of return. Premier Estate Services will make every effort to describe the items to the best of our knowledge using both our inspection and the description from the Estate/Consigner. To schedule a time to preview this auction before the day it closes, give us a call at 360-920-5505 before this auction closes. You are responsible for inspecting and determining the quality, condition, and value of items before bidding. By placing a bid on the item, you are committing to purchasing the items at your bid plus applicable taxes and premiums and will be invoiced as such. Please come by and look in person at the item, or email your questions before bidding, as we cannot remove bids once they are placed.
2. A buyer's Premium of 13% is added to the total winning bids at the end of the auction. Due to an increase in Fraudulent bids, if you are a first-time bidder, then you may be limited on your maximum allowable bid. This will change after you have successfully bid and paid on your first auction. If you need a limit raised on a specific item, that request can be made by calling our office and submitting that request.
3. Shipping is available for this auction for smaller items. We cannot ship tables, coolers, chairs, booths, etc. To receive shipping, first, you must make the request by email within 48 hours, and then you must pay the invoice we send you via email for just the items won at auction after your request. At this point, we will pack your items and send a second invoice that is just for shipping and handling. Once that is paid, we will ship your items to you. Please keep in mind there is no refund for shipping loss, i.e., broken glass, stolen mail, etc. We can send a tracking number if needed to confirm shipping.
4. The Auction will open for bidding on Sunday, February 25th at 8:00 pm PST and will begin closing at 5:30 pm Friday, March 8th, in 30-second intervals. We use a soft close format on all our auctions, which allows fairness in last-minute bidding. If there is a bid made in the last two minutes of the auction, there will be two minutes added to the end of the auction for that lot only in order to give ample opportunity for bidding.
5. By placing a bid on items in the auction, you commit to the purchase of that item at the price you bid. You will receive an invoice after the end of the auction. Since we do not require a Credit Card to Bid, we will not have your card on file, so you will need to pay this either online or in person. Payment can be made at the time of pickup either by Card or Cash. Following the close of the auction, pickups must be completed on March 9th-11th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be Longview Sales Tax added to your invoice of 8.2%, along with the 13% buyer's premium. Any failure to pay the bid price will be considered a breach of contract, and you will no longer be allowed to bid on our auctions in the future. By agreeing to these terms, you accept that you are liable for your bids and will still be required to pay your bids in full. If you do not pick up your items by the end of the pickup window of 4 pm Monday, March 12th, they will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an additional $25.00 Relist/Stocking Fee that will need to be paid in order to unlock your account for future bidding. Any Chargebacks will receive a 50.00 charge added to your final invoice and then turned over for collections and prosecution.
6. Pick-up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. By registering, you will hold Premier Estate Services and its staff harmless for any loss or damage occurring while on the property for pickup. The buyer must bring all equipment and personnel necessary to remove and load the won items. Please bring all boxes and packing materials necessary to move your items safely. Pick-Up will be based on a first come, first serve. All Pick-ups must be scheduled for Saturday-Monday. THESE ARE THE ONLY DAYS YOU HAVE TO PICK UP, SO PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CAN'T PICK UP ON THESE DAYS.
7. You agree to allow us the opportunity to send an email or text to you about future auctions from Premier Estate Services. If you don't want us to send those emails, please call us and let us know if you wish to opt out.
**IN CASE OF AN UNEXPECTED ISSUE WITH OUR THIRD-PARTY AUCTION SITE PROVIDER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL BIDS AND AUCTIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.**
